CVT says NO.

The Center for Victims of Torture™ (CVT) today issued the following statement in response to the Trump Administration’s request that the Supreme Court reinstate the travel ban.

CVT Survivor Stories

Many of CVT's former clients share their personal stories of healing and hope publicly, to help create awareness of the atrocities of war and conflict around the world and also of the enormous power of healing. Here is a list of stories of torture survivors who have given consent to share their stories with the public. All these individuals went through counseling at CVT centers in our global locations.

CVT's Client Assessment Form

CVT has developed a standard client assessment form that is used across our international programs; for each program location, the form is tailored to the local context and translated into one or several other languages for the ease of the counselors and clients. In the first meetings of the counselor and the client, the counselor uses the assessment form as a guide to gain a comprehensive picture of the client.
