Any individual, organization, or business in the east metro area of Ramsey, Dakota and Washington Counties

Fees:

There is a fee of $25/2 hours if mediation takes place. Sliding fee based on household income.

Hours:

8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday office, sessions may be at any time, days, evenings or weekends

Intake Procedure:

Contact office by phone or mail. Provide basic information regarding the parties and circumstances in dispute; staff contacts involved parties to explain and offer mediation; if parties agree to try mediation, a session is set up with a neutral mediator
