Relevant Services:       Legal representation for eligible residents of Hennepin County on issues of family reunification, status adjustment, citizenship, asylum, deportation, and other matters of concern to immigrants.
 
Eligibility:       -Resident of Hennepin (or Anoka County if referred by Judicare of Anoka County) unable to pay private counsel. -Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit.
 
Fees:       No fees for qualifying individuals. Filing fees not included.
 
Intake Procedure:       Call 612-332-1441 M - F, 8:30 - 4:30 pm.
