Eligibility:

-Resident of Hennepin (or Anoka County if referred by Judicare of Anoka County) unable to pay private counsel.
-Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit.
