None for maternal child health and public health service. Home nursing care and aide services; physical, occupational and speech therapy; and social work based on ability to pay if no other source of payment such as Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance is available.

8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday and 8 am - 4 pm intake office hours; home health services available 24 hours if required
