Relevant Services:       Provides multidisciplinary rehabilitative services to victims of government sponsored torture and conducts research, training and education on issues of torture. Training for agencies and groups on caring for refugees who have experienced torture or war trauma, refugee mental health, and refugee youth adjustment.
 
Eligibility:       Victims of torture by foreign governments or foreign governmental agencies politically motivated, and families of victims: includes former prisoners of war, refugees, American citizens detained and tortured abroad.
 
Fees:       No fees for services. Billings will be processed for clients with medical insurance coverage.
 
Hours:       8:30 am - 5 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30 am - 8 pm Thursday by appointment only
 
Intake Procedure:       Self and agency referrals accepted. Call 612-626-1400.
 
Languages:       Call to arrange for interpreter.
