Provides culturally sensitive outreach, career development, employment, and mental health support for members of minority groups who are unemployed and have a mental health disability or a handicapping condition to employment. Target populations include Southeast Asians, African Americans, Native Americans, and other minorities (i.e. Russian, Sudanese, Ethiopian refugees).
