Relevant Services:       Volunteer attorneys represent no or low-income asylum seekers who have fled persecution in their home countries in interviews with INS asylum officers and in removal proceedings before immigration judges. Also provides brief advice, self-representation information and limited assistance in preparing asylum application to asylum seekers not accepted for full representation.
 
Eligibility:       Low income asylum seekers who have fled persecution in their home countries.
 
Fees:       None
 
Hours:       9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
