Relevant Services:       Portal- to-portal transportation service run by the Met Council for persons disabled according to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
 
Eligibility:       Anyone who is not able to use regular route bus service due to disability, according to ADA requirements can be certified to use the service. Certification. See Intake. Serves fortions of most of the 7 county Metro area.
 
Fees:       $2.00 one way, non-peak hrs. $2.50 one way, peak hrs.
 
Hours:       Schedule rides between the hours of 6 am to 5 pm, 7 days/week.
 
Intake Procedure:       Call for certification (612-602-1111). Certified riders call E or W Metro numbers to schedules rides up to 4 days in advance.
