Babette Apland

Board Member

Babette Apland is Vice President, Behavioral Health, and Chief Operating Officer of Melrose Center for HealthPartners.   In this role, she provides leadership for HealthPartners Medical Group, Park Nicollet, and Regions Hospital behavioral health services as well as the Melrose Center for eating disorders and Child & Family Behavioral Health. Prior to this, Ms. Apland was Senior Vice President of Health and Care Management for HealthPartners. 

Before joining HealthPartners, Ms. Apland was a health care consultant focusing on strategic planning for hospital and care delivery systems.   Before that, she served as Vice President of Mount Sinai Hospital in Minneapolis where she was responsible for ancillary and support services, and was Executive Director of Phillips Eye Institute in Minneapolis. 

Ms. Apland holds an MBA Degree and a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
