 color Painting\n\nLocation:  SPHC basement\n\nCVT Provides:  Watercolors \
 , watercolor paper\, paint brushes\, and palette provided\n\nLearn how to 
 release stress\, anxiety\, and learn to relax using simple meditative pain
 ting exercises with Delfina using mindfulness painting with watercolors.\n
 \nSurvivors Connect is a weekly drop-in peer support group for war trauma\
 , conflict or torture survivors living in the Twin Cities. Survivors Conne
 ct is a space for survivors to build friendships and community. Survivors 
 who are looking for social support and struggle to build trusting relation
 ships have found this group to be a very helpful part of their healing jou
