Bicycles get second life thanks to caring volunteers
A Twin Cities suburban newspaper profiles ReCyclery, a bicycle repair shop in White Bear Township, Minnesota. ReCyclery repairs and refurbishes donated bicycles that are later donated to organizations, including the Center for Victims of Torture.

World Mental Health Day
October 10 commemorates World Mental Health Day. To mark this special day, CVT Executive Director Curt Goering discusses the need for more attention to better integrating mental health care in global humanitarian responses.
