On Valentine’s Day: #Hearts4Refugees Fill Windows of CVT’s Headquarters, Neighborhood in St. Paul

ST. PAUL, Minn.—The Center for Victims of Torture™ (CVT) will fill their University Avenue-facing windows with #Hearts4Refugees on Valentine’s Day, to show support for Minnesota and global refugee communities. Windows will be filled with hearts and welcoming messages for refugees.

Neighboring businesses near University and Raymond Avenues will join the event. Others will join in via Twitter, Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #Hearts4Refugees.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 14, all day.

WHERE: CVT Headquarters, 2356 University Ave. W., St. Paul, 55114 / Storefronts at and near the corner of University and Raymond Avenues.

WHO: Organized by the Center for Victims of Torture, a Minnesota-based, international NGO working with refugee survivors of torture and war atrocities on three continents for 32 years.
