On Valentine’s Day: #Hearts4Refugees Fill Windows of CVT’s Headquarters, Neighborhood in St. Paul

ST. PAUL, Minn.—The Center for Victims of Torture™ (CVT) will fill their windows at the intersection of University and Raymond Avenues with #Hearts4Refugees on Valentine’s Day, to show support for refugee communities in Minnesota and around the world.

Neighboring businesses near University and Raymond Avenues will join the event. Others will join in via Twitter, Instagram and Facebook using the hashtag #Hearts4Refugees.

WHEN: Thursday, February 14, all day.

WHERE: CVT Headquarters, 2356 University Ave. W., St. Paul, 55114 / Storefronts at and near the corner of University and Raymond Avenues.

WHO: Organized by the Center for Victims of Torture, a Minnesota-based, international NGO working with refugee survivors of torture and war atrocities for more than 33 years.
