Jennifer Reedstrom Bishop is a shareholder at the Gray Plant Mooty law firm where she is Chair of its Health Law and Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group that provides legal services to many health care providers and nonprofit organizations throughout the region.  Jennifer also serves as a member of the Gray Plant Mooty Board of Directors. 

In her legal practice she assists physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other health care entities in all forms of legal issues, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and affiliations.  In the nonprofit area, Jennifer represents a wide range of organizations ranging from start-up nonprofits to well-established foundations and multi-entity nonprofit operating systems.

Jennifer grew up in the Twin Cities and has a BA from Saint Olaf College and obtained her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.  In 2015, Jennifer was named the Nonprofit/Charities Law “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers, was named “Attorney of the Year” in 2014 by Minnesota Lawyer and has been a “Superlawer” since 2009 named by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Jennifer has served onCVT’s Board since 2011 and has participated in Board visits to CVT’s programs in Kenya and Jordan.
