Kirsten Anderson MA
Kirsten Anderson is a program evaluation advisor working on CVT’s capacity building projects since February 2018. Kirsten’s specialties and interests include evaluation capacity building, survey design and analysis, innovative data visualization, and participatory evaluation approaches. At CVT, her responsibilities include evaluation and evaluation capacity building with CVT’s Partners in Trauma Healing project and CVT’s New Tactics in Human Rights program.
Before joining CVT, Kirsten worked as an independent evaluation consultant with non-profits based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Her long term clients included: The Institute for Mathematics and its Applications, the Minnesota Humanities Center with Omaha Public Schools, the Animal Humane Society, and CornerHouse. As a consultant, Kirsten most enjoyed collaboratively designing evaluations to address the unique resources, and challenges of each initiative, individual, and community working to create positive change.
Kirsten completed her M.A. in Evaluation Studies at the University of Minnesota in 2013 where her Master’s thesis documented and analyzed factors contributing to success of long term organizational evaluation capacity building at one mid-size non-profit organization.
