Lisa Hattori, MPA

Temporary Evaluation and Research Lead

 

Lisa Hattori provides program evaluation support to U.S.-based direct service programs and the National Capacity Building project. Her/their interests include building learning cultures, facilitating data-driven decision making, and reducing stigma around mental health and illness.

Prior to joining CVT, she/they led the strategic design and implementation of learning and evaluation approaches, frameworks and data systems at MADRE. She/They also conducted formative, process and impact evaluations for NGOs, multilateral organizations and government including Mercy Corps, UNDP and NYC Department of Social Services.

Lisa received her/their MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and her/their BBA from CUNY Macaulay at Baruch College.
