Melissa McNeilly

Melissa is responsible for the creation and management of the New Tactics in Human Rights program’s online content and strategy and leads the development of digital content expansion projects, including the New Tactics website. Prior to her work at CVT, Melissa was a secondary Spanish language and Digital Media teacher for 11 years, where she managed student leadership projects, created social media awareness campaigns, led service-based video projects and more. She is passionate about innovative design,  educational technology, and leveraging these tools to create positive global change.
