Neal Porter, MA, MPPM

Director of International Services

Mr. Porter has experience managing and implementing international programs and overseeing sub-granting initiatives. Before coming to CVT, Mr. Porter worked as the Balkans program manager with the American Refugee Committee’s programs on refugee repatriation, health, shelter, income generation and psycho-social initiatives; as head of office for a USAID contractor in a civil society building program in Croatia and as procurement manager and director of monetization with United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) in Bosnia. Most recently, he worked as the development officer with Children’s HeartLink. Neal holds a master’s degree in International Affairs and a master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale. Mr. Porter has been with CVT since January, 2005.
