Sarah Peters, Ph.D.

Evaluation & Research Lead for International Services

 

Sarah Peters joined CVT in 2018, and provides program evaluation and research support for CVT’s direct service programs in Ethiopia and the Middle East. 

Sarah received her PhD in political science from the University of Notre Dame in 2018. Her research focuses on the impact of security sector reform on post-conflict human rights violations and conflict recurrence. Prior to starting with CVT, Sarah was a post-doctoral scholar at the Notre Dame Initiative for Global Development. She has conducted research and program evaluations in El Salvador, Serbia, and Tanzania.
