TELL DHS: NO ELECTRIC SHOCK GLOVES FOR ICE

DHS is moving to spend up to $20 million on gloves designed to deliver painful electric shocks. The devices called Generated Low Output Voltage Emitters, or G.L.O.V.E. would be delivered by March 2027. These abusive devices facilitate torture.

WHY THIS MATTERS
A device designed to inflict pain is an instrument of cruelty, whatever the contract calls it.
