Donald (Don) Wheeler brings over 25 years of experience as a planner, fundraiser and manager to his current role as an organizational development advisor with CVT. Key capabilities include leading institutional assessment, strategic planning and resource development activities. Don’s unwavering focus on outcomes makes him uniquely qualified to build capacity in challenging, post-conflict environments including Lebanon, Liberia and Afghanistan. Don earned his Master of Public and International Affairs (MPIA) degree at the University of Pittsburgh and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
