Emily Beltmann-Swenson is a project officer with a focus on beneficiary funding mechanisms, including subawards. She also leads other critical operational functions for the IDREAM project, including partner application and vetting processes, compliance, risk assessment and reporting. Emily has been with CVT since 2014, gaining a wide breadth of experience in global capacity building projects, direct service programing for torture survivors living in the U.S. and abroad, and organizational risk management. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations. She is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, U.S.
