Lina Hasan is an associate psychotherapist trainer with a focus on building the capacity of national staff counselors (PSCs) to provide mental health services to torture and trauma survivors; overseeing and coordinating delivery of mental health interventions for adult and child survivors, in the form of individual and group therapy; maintaining communication and collaboration with the partner organization; and providing capacity building for the organizations in the region on trauma-informed care as appropriate. Her experience includes work with several international nongovernmental organizations, including thirteen years of work. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, and currently she is a Ph.D. student in Psychological and Educational Counseling. She is based in Amman, Jordan.
