Léocadia Tchouaffé joined CVT in June 2024 and leads volunteer programming for all CVT U.S.-based offices. Her work includes connecting communities to CVT and helping clients acclimate to their new home.

Prior to joining CVT, she worked at the ONE Campaign where she led national advocacy efforts and organized volunteers to have a direct impact on federal legislation that saves lives from HIV/AIDS, gender-based violence, poverty and much more.

Léocadia received her B.A in Political Science from the George Washington University and currently is in the Masters of Human Rights Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
