Adele Broberg
Strategic Partnerships Officer , Advancement

Adele Broberg is a strategic partnerships officer in CVT’s Advancement Department, where she builds global partnerships, identifies funding opportunities, and collaborates with program teams managing portfolios in Ethiopia, the MENA region and New Tactics in Human Rights. She first joined CVT in 2020 as a strategic partnerships officer, served as program officer for the USAID-funded Helping Survivors Heal capacity building program, and has now returned to strategic partnerships—bringing a unique blend of program implementation and partnership development expertise to her work.

Since 2013, Adele has worked in the global health space, finding her greatest satisfaction through capacity building and fostering meaningful relationships with partners and donors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Global Studies from Brandeis University and is based in Minneapolis, MN.
