Eman Al-Hamad joined CVT in February 2022 as a psychological counselor and was promoted to senior psychological counselor in November 2024. Eman began her professional journey before coming to the CVT in 2012, which included a unique and qualitative experience, starting with working in schools (for primary and secondary stages) and moving to work in the international and local nongovernmental (NGO) sector. Her experience includes supervisory roles in addition to clinical service provision roles.

Eman completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology and obtained a professional license from the Jordanian Ministry of Health after completing all her academic and practical requirements. She has also completed many training courses and worked on developing her skills continuously.

Eman’s personal values are closely aligned with those of the CVT team. Through her work with clients, she seeks to provide hope and reassurance and help them make a difference by working with them jointly to develop treatment plans that meet their needs. She also believes in clients’ abilities and their ability to use them in the treatment process. Eman continues her work with dedication and passion.
