Neal Porter
Director of International Services

Neal Porter oversees CVT’s programs in which CVT itself is directly responsible for client rehabilitation, usually in the context of large-scale displacement due to conflict. He has experience managing and implementing international programs and overseeing sub-granting initiatives. Before coming to CVT, Neal worked as the Balkans program manager with the American Refugee Committee’s programs on refugee repatriation, health, shelter, income generation and psycho-social initiatives; as head of office for a USAID contractor in a civil society building program in Croatia; and as procurement manager and director of monetization with United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) in Bosnia. Neal holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Yale. Neal has been with CVT since January, 2005.
