Sarah Novack is a strategic partnerships officer at the Center for Victims of Torture with a focus on supporting CVT’s direct service programs to build and maintain partnerships with funders, government agencies and programmatic partners. She has 10 years of experience in international development in the areas of grant writing, evaluation and designing community-based programming. Sarah is a returned Peace Corps volunteer serving in Liberia (2014) and Tanzania (2015-17). She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
