Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) Commends CVT Uganda
The Trust Fund for Victims at the International Criminal Court is a proud partner with the Center for Victims of Torture in Uganda as we work to rehabilitate victim survivors of the conflict between the Government of Uganda and the Lord’s Resistance Army for the past 10 years.
CVT has helped thousands of victim survivors in Uganda to recover from the trauma and the depredations of unimaginable atrocities to rebuild their lives with dignity. Our partnership with CVT has enabled thousands victims to regain a contributory life within their communities.
Beyond direct service to victims, CVT has been a leading agency in building the capacity of mental health workers to become well equipped counselors as well as building the capacity of organizations to be capable of implementing mental health programs.
