Meghan Brown is a group fitness coach who helps people of all ages find joy through movement. She enjoys helping people get stronger, feel more confident and find movement that works for their life. Participation is limited to men and will use exercise bands and lacrosse balls for stretching and strengthening. In this one-hour workshop, participants will learn a simple routine to care for their body. It will include strengthening, stretching and increasing one’s heart rate. Participants will leave with exercise tools and routine to help continue the exercises at home.

Location: Meet at SPHC, Yoga held at Carty Park (near SPHC)
CVT Provides: Water and healthy snacks, each participant will receive exercise bands to take home with them.
Participant Info: Wear loose and comfortable clothing and tennis shoes/comfortable shoes
